		<description>Reinstalling OS X was the only thing they did. They told me that they'd replace the SuperDrive. If I knew that a OS X reinstall would fix the problem, I would have done it myself, saving myself days of inconvenience.</description>

That's like when Matt sent in his Red Ring'd Xbox360, they just sent him a new one instead of fixing the problem.
He had to re-do all of his Xbox Live stuff.
Of course, 360 hard drives are removable, so they stuck the old one in the new system, so he didn't lose any game saves.

But, was reinstalling MacOS the ONLY thing they had to do to fix it?</description>
