   I’m pretty sure he actually IS running…. but you never can tell with America’s greatest hero.

   It will be interesting to see how far this goes.

   In the October 17 episode of The Colbert Report, Colbert actually filled out the applications for his South Carolina Republican and Democratic nominations. (Only 49 more to go) Incidentally, the Republican application fee is $25,000, while the Democratic one is FREE with a 3,000-signature petition.
