This is likely the most important and substantive post throughout my entire college admissions adventure. I’ll just jump right into it. I’m just going to give some details and analysis – withholding certain data that I feel the need to keep confidential. The Costs for 2008-2009 include room, board, and meal plans.

I’m not comfortable with the packages RPI and Lehigh gave me at all.
As we all know, I obviously love Lafayette. I have not visited Tufts yet, however. Because their package is by far the best I’ve received, I’ll be paying them a visit very soon.
Tufts was very generous but keep in mind work-study money goes straight into your pocket for personal expenses–sometimes it’s easy to get a job on campus without work study, but sometimes it isn’t, depends on the school. Apparently my brother, for example, had a really hard time finding a job, while here you definitely could if you weren’t too picky.
Noted. The work-study money only affected RPI.
So we’re good.
Unmet Need: $50
Just the fact the you could go to what I assume is a fairly prestigious school at a total cost of $200 is quite humorous.
Mike, unmet need is money out of pocket, not money in general.
I’d be paying approx. 12 grand there for the first year, and an unknown amount after that in loans.
WOOOOO RPI! Of course we cost the most. Of course. haha

Hey Emelie, nice of you to stop by!
Well, I got exactly what I expected from RPI. *Shrugs shoulders.*
